POLICY FOR REVISIONS

The authorized number of revisions depends on the package you chose, and you may request as many changes as are specified in the package’s specifics. We put a lot of effort into giving our customers the greatest services possible, and we’ll keep revising until your needs are satisfied. If the design concepts remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you will receive your updated design. After the logo designs have been completed, any requested adjustments or revisions will be regarded as a new order and charged individually.

POLICY OF REFUND

Refunds from Animation-Inc won’t be given if;

• You’ve selected a unique package. The main design idea has been accepted. You asked for adjustments.
• The decision to cancel was taken for non-company-related reasons.
• The decision to cancel was taken for non-company-related reasons.
• For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted. The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.
• A total redesign has been requested. The request for the reimbursement time period for this claim has passed.
• The company is altering its name or operations.
• Under no circumstances will there be a refund for “change of mind,” “disagreement with a partner,” or other factors unrelated to the service.
• A refund will only be given for that specific service and “not” the entire bundle if a customer purchases a service bundle and is unhappy with any one service.
• Under no circumstances are services like social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting eligible for refunds.
• Websites cannot be returned once the client has accepted the design and the website has been handed off to the developer.

Only in the event that the client absolutely rejects the initial drawings will there be a money-back guarantee offered. After this point, if the aforementioned client(s) requests a refund (cancellation) or additional design concepts, amendments, or modifications to the original design, Animation-Inc will be permitted to deduct 33% of the total billing amount for costs associated with service delivery, including processing fees and management/service fees. Note: Animation-Inc reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. Following the reimbursement, you won’t be able to use the designs as you like; Animation-Inc will own them exclusively. The designs will legally belong to the corporation. If you change your mind after making the payment, you have 24-36 hours to request a refund. Refunds are not possible after this process has begun, once the initials have been shared with you and you have responded with your edits. Refund requests can only be made if the Company is not fulfilling your requests, which you have made clear in writing via email. Refunds are only possible if you haven’t heard from anyone at our firm for more than 48 business hours after contacting us via SMS, chat at animation-inc.com, and email. If you decide to change your mind after receiving modifications from us, a refund is not at all feasible.

SUBMIT A REFUND CLAIM

To have your refund, follow the following steps: You can claim your refund by dialing our Number or by sending us an Email. As soon as we receive your refund request, we will respond to it at our earliest, once the required analysis is completed we will initiate the process.

After you have received your refund, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by Animation-Inc, the information will be submitted to the Copyright Acquisition of the Government Copyright Agencies to maintain legality.
